You will drive operational plans, budgets and supplier relationships, while maintaining high guest satisfaction and adherence to standards.

This role requires hands-on, autonomous execution with the ability to move across the region daily and deliver KPI-driven improvements to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage field teams across housekeeping, laundry and maintenance to ensure seamless villa operations.
• Drive operational plans and budgets for multiple properties under our villa portfolio.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships to improve cost discipline and reliability.
• Monitor KPI-driven performance to achieve 5-star quality and high guest satisfaction.
• Move across the region daily to supervise sites and deliver continuous improvements.
