Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel in Portugal seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation across guest rooms, villas, and public areas, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage a team, implement SOPs, ensure top cleanliness, coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance, and uphold health and safety standards while training and developing staff. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualificações

• Solid housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong operational, organisational and quality-control skills.
• An exceptional eye for detail and presentation.
• A genuine commitment to luxury hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Absolute discretion, professionalism and resilience.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, organise and develop the housekeeping team.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation and service across rooms, villas and public areas.
• Oversee room inspections, arrivals, departures and turndown.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare the department for quality audits and inspections.
