We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of digital products that deliver value to end users and align with organizational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with Agile/DevSecOps teams, drive product vision, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
- Manage product backlogs, write acceptance criteria, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and development teams.
- Collaborate with Agile/DevSecOps teams to deliver user-centric solutions incrementally.
- Lead planning meetings, retrospectives, reviews, and demos.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps that support both short-term goals and long-term strategies.
- Translate user needs into business value and balance priorities between user requirements and organizational benefits.
- Conduct product information campaigns using modern communication channels (e.g., Twitter, blogs, forums).
- Stay up to date with industry best practices in product management and apply lessons learned to ongoing projects.
- Facilitate productive meetings that drive product outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with development teams on technical topics such as architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud-native principles.
- Experience designing innovative digital products/systems within NATO or national defense institutions.
- Proven track record in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, technology, competition, and product strategy execution.
- Experience working with Agile/DevSecOps teams.
- Ability to run product information campaigns using modern communication tools.
- Skill in translating user needs into business value and prioritizing features accordingly.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to lead effective team meetings.
- Technical fluency in areas such as APIs, architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native basics.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or equivalent certification.
- University degree in ICT, Business, or a related field.
