For our client, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive the next generation of intelligent, accessible technology.

In this role, you will lead the design, deployment, and scaling of advanced AI and machine learning systems that power automated accessibility testing, intelligent analysis, and new product capabilities aimed at promoting digital equality.

You will act as a senior technical leader architecting robust, ethical, and production-ready solutions while mentoring peers and setting engineering best practices for ML deployment at scale.

• 5+ years of proven experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with hands-on expertise deploying models in production environments.
• Expert‑level Python developer (5+ years) with strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with scalable ML infrastructure and backend engineering (API design, cloud integrations, ML workflow support).
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as AWS Glue, Athena, or Spark.
• Deep understanding of model lifecycle management from training and evaluation to deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Computer Vision or NLP
• Hands‑on with Docker & AWS
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices

• Lead end‑to‑end ML lifecycle from data collection and labeling strategy to continuous model improvement.
• Design, train, and deploy ML models in large‑scale production environments.
• Work on innovative solutions in Computer Vision, NLP, and representation learning applied to accessibility.
• Collaborate with product, design, and accessibility teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases following engineering best practices.
• Champion ethical and responsible AI with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accessibility impact.
