Do you have experience with IT recruitment, specifically in SAP and would you like to draw on your experience in an IT&SAP company that belongs to reputable IT/SAP service providers? Right now, we are expanding our internal Recruitment team in Poland. We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world, loves to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.

Your mission

• participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
• searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
• conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Polish or in English/German languages
• updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website
• placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
• drawing up reports at regular intervals
• you will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
• experience in leading a team is an advantage
• proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in Poland
• active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals, ...
• participation in career events

Your profile

• experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
• education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
• established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
• Polish - native, English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage
• proactive and responsible approach
• ability to prioritize and enjoy the achievement of results
• interest in new technologies
