Remote IT Support & German-Polish Process Associate
Job summary
A global technology services company is seeking an IT Support – Process Associate-German to provide technical solutions to clients. This role requires fluency in Polish and German, along with a solid understanding of computer systems and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, chat, and emails, translating them according to customer requirements.
- Fix IT issues following SOPs and document all cases accurately.
- Inform management about outdated SOP information.
- Provide the right customer experience and flag additional support needs.
- Arrange schedules flexibly according to business needs.
