We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership for innovative digital products. This role involves designing scalable and resilient software and hardware architectures, mentoring development teams, and guiding the adoption of modern technologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design efforts to ensure solutions meet mission requirements.
  • Oversee integration of modern software and hardware architectures with a focus on scalability and sustainability.
  • Mentor development teams on architectural principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including risk assessments and implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance agility and mission relevance.
  • Balance technical debt with immediate and long-term architectural needs.
  • Advise on IAM design patterns for secure and federated access.
  • Promote use of architectural modeling standards and tools (UML, ArchiMate, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, Archi, ARIS, XMLSpy).
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software and/or hardware architecture.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and architectural mentorship.
  • Experience integrating emerging technologies into operational systems.
  • Expertise in modern IAM solution patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong documentation skills including risk and trade-off analysis.
  • Familiarity with architectural modeling standards and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
