Overview

Opportunity & Impact

As a People Development Generalist, you will be a key member of our People team, combining strategic program management with hands-on tactical execution. In this role you’ll navigate between managing long-term initiatives, triaging ad hoc requests, and day-to-day operational needs, requiring you to be adaptable and quick on your feet. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organization while developing your skills in multiple areas of People Development.

To be a great fit for this role, you must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. There will be obstacles and opportunities you cannot anticipate, and you will need to be prepared to embrace the chaos as it arises.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general inquiries under supervision, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and care
  • Own and enhance our performance management program, including execution, tracking, and process improvement
  • Manage and create internal knowledge base content in our internal wiki, Confluence
  • Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
  • Assist People Operations to provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience while following established processes
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on various initiatives and administrative tasks
  • Work with Compliance to maintain and update policies and documentation
  • Provide support during organizational changes, helping ensure smooth transitions
  • Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of HR Business Partner/People Team experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Rippling preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience working remotely and/or distributed (multi-state)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices
  • Experience working in startup environments
Software Platform/Tools
  • Required: GSuite, Slack, HRIS, engagement and performance management platforms
  • Preferred: Culture Amp, Rippling
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 - $95,000 per year. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.
