A leading healthcare data company is seeking a People Development Generalist to manage HR initiatives and support employee relations. This role involves performance management and collaboration with People Operations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 with competitive benefits including unlimited time off and 401k matching.

As a People Development Generalist, you will be a key member of our People team, combining strategic program management with hands-on tactical execution. In this role you’ll navigate between managing long-term initiatives, triaging ad hoc requests, and day-to-day operational needs, requiring you to be adaptable and quick on your feet. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organization while developing your skills in multiple areas of People Development.
To be a great fit for this role, you must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. There will be obstacles and opportunities you cannot anticipate, and you will need to be prepared to embrace the chaos as it arises.
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 - $95,000 per year. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.
