Senior AI & Data Platform Engineer — Remote
Job summary
A technology company in Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Python, AI, and Big Data. The role involves designing and implementing backend components for an AI & Data Platform. Ideal candidates should have strong skills in developing scalable code and integrating AI features. The position offers a B2B contract with a net hourly rate of 180 – 215 PLN, fully remote work, and various benefits including life insurance and training budgets.

- 7–10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend / data / distributed systems).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience writing production-grade, scalable code.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations: embeddings, inference, RAG, model APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend components of the AI & Data Platform.
- Implement AI/LLM features such as embeddings, RAG interfaces, vector search.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions — from technical design to implementation and deployment.
