Descripción de la vacante
A logistics and distribution company in Sargodha seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inbound and outbound logistics. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in FMCG warehousing and strong communication and team management skills. Responsibilities include overseeing loading/unloading, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Formación
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in distribution or FMCG warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP / Inventory software preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety, documentation, and stock procedures.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics for finished products.
- Coordinate daily with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff and loaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise inbound and outbound logistics for finished products.
Coordinate daily with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Oversee loading/unloading, packaging, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor warehouse space utilization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Conduct daily stock reconciliation and report variances to management.
Train and supervise warehouse staff and loaders.
Liaise with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in distribution or FMCG warehousing.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Hands‑on experience with ERP / Inventory software preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse safety, documentation, and stock procedures.
