Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Lead talent review meetings and guide managers through the performance management cycle.
• Facilitate culture change initiatives and support business leaders in strengthening organizational effectiveness.
• HR Policies & Procedures: Conduct sessions to enhance people managers’ understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Support compensation and benefits programs and participate in job grade evaluations and salary proposals.
