Insignia Software is software solution provider with its head office in Edmonton, Canada and regional offices in Luoyang, Henan, China and Rawalpindi Pakistan. Insignia is a leading solution provider for Library Automation System and Student Information System. Insignia intends to hire an intermediate and expert level team for its Pakistan Office. The team will provide support for existing products and work on new products to be developed.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining current and future software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance staff, to create high-quality software solutions.

Requirements/Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using industry best practices.
2. Collaborate with the team to analyze user requirements and translate them into software design specifications.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards.
4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
5. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement.
6. Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
7. Experience with version control systems
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Salary Range
Salary will depend on the position applied, and candidate’s experience, education and leadership qualities.
Testers: PKR 125,000-150,000
Graphic Designer: PKR 125,000-175,000
Intermediate Developer: PKR 150,000-250,000
Senior Developer: PKR 250,000-300,000
Product Manager: PKR 300,000-400,000
