Job description

• To assist in scoping of E-Commerce Project
• To undertake assigned tasks and work along with developers, to implement new modules and functionalities into production environment.
• Address assigned issues until deployment of resolutions to the production
• To ensure significant issues are escalated to Project Manager and senior IT management.
• Ensure implementation and update of B2C website content. Contact and share information (content, banners, etc) with e-commerce team to update the website.
• Ensure consistency between website content, display advertising and emailing campaigns for the company.
• Monitor and interpret results of local websites performances in terms of visits, CTR, conversion rate, etc. Analyze display advertising results from campaigns in order to improve ROI.
• Work across the Marketing and IT functions to ensure that requirements & developments are included in all functional strategies & plans.

Job Specification

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Firebug
• Good Understanding of SEO & Google Analytics. Knowledge of customer journey's through transactional websites Knowledge of Content Management Systems
• Knowledge of existing IT platforms / standards with insight into new and emerging technological advancements and an ability to innovate and upgrade the systems accordingly.
• Ability to formulate plans schedules, good supervision, analytical and communication skills.
• Must be a team-player with enthusiasm to share knowledge
