Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving assigned revenue / profitability targets
  • Develop sales opportunities in existing and new customer accounts
  • Promote cross selling in existing accounts and convert them into strategic accounts
  • Develop and implement winning strategy for each account
  • Be able to provide relevant business solutions (mainly in HP / Cisco / Microsoft products) for customers based on identified needs and ensure technical support is delivered as and when needed
  • Responsible to develop and increase revenues through existing and new customers.
  • Identify competitor accounts and win them over
  • Ensure profitability targets are met in the assigned territory / accounts, A / R collections against existing sales are received on a timely basis
  • Optimize existing and develop new customer relationships for sustainable business growth and profitability and enhance awareness of company’s product range and services
  • Ensures products are delivered to the customer on a timely basis and technical support is provided as and when required
  • Play a pivotal role in providing market / competitor information for business / strategic planning for achieving short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Monitors all necessary sales documentation is recorded in CRM and other organizational reports / systems required by supervisor
  • Keep abreast with product knowledge, customer profiles competitors activities through participation in relevant forums
Job Specification

Education: Bachelors / Master degree in Commerce / Business Management / MCS. HP / Cisco Sales certifications will be an added advantage

Experience: 6 - 8 years or above sales experience with reputable company, IT industry exposure to be preferred. Ability in dealing with institutional customers, knowledge of professional selling skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, closing techniques. Managing objectives, Proposal writing, Capable of achieving sales targets consistently.
