As a HR Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Onboarding: Assist with onboarding activities for new associates and respond to pre-start inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. (10%)
• Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including Job Descriptions, Drivers’ License, and MVR checks/verifications. (30%)
• Reporting: Prepare documents and reports and submit to appropriate departments in a timely manner. (10%)
• Record Retention & Audits: Maintain department files, including preparing and filing documents for active and terminated associates. Perform and/or prepare periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. (40%)
• HR Technology: Assist with management of the Human Capital Management System, including troubleshooting issues for associates and assisting with the implementation or updates of new/existing functions. (10%)
• Assist with the planning of company events.
• Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.
