We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Specialist to join our team under the supervision of the Sales Department Head. This role is responsible for providing administrative and sales support to clients, with the goal of achieving revenue targets while building, maintaining, and expanding strong business relationships. This position will actively participate in planning and organizing business acquisition activities, as well as account retention initiatives, in line with the company’s practices and procedures.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, skilled in client engagement, and able to negotiate contracts, prepare competitive pricing proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations, and produce regular performance reports. This position plays a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reach out to prospective clients through targeted coverage and proper market scoping aligned with the sales funnel. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and deliver outcomes within the specified timeframe.

  • Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide regular status updates. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating solutions with internal teams.

  • Support projects aimed at maximizing company profits, including the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with internal departments to meet project-specific requirements and ensure successful delivery.

  • Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and pricing, responding effectively to client queries. Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate and optimize client relationships.

  • Supply management with detailed reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior, within the scope of the role. Proficiency in preparing reports, managing accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.

  • Proven sales track record, ideally within clinical outsourcing or a related industry, with strong skills in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations or a similar industry.

  • Willing to conduct fieldwork within Metro Manila.
