Your Mission:
  • Spearhead the development and execution of bold leasing strategies that will fuel our company’s expansion.
  • Lead a team of experts to hit an annual target of 20 new store openings and lease renewals.
  • Be the master negotiator, securing favorable terms and closing deals that benefit our brand.
  • Be our eyes on the ground, conducting site visits and ensuring every location lives up to our standards.
  • Scout and assess new property opportunities, turning market data into strategic moves.
  • Champion our brand by building and nurturing powerful relationships with developers and landlords.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior business development or leadership role, with a track record of success in leasing.
  • Strategic Leadership: The ability to inspire and manage a team to consistently exceed targets.
