Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across major search and social platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable performance, improving ROI, and ensuring efficient execution across SEM, Social Ads, Display, Video, and App campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing end-to-end digital campaigns with strong client coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, App), SearchAds360, Bing, Yahoo, and major social platforms.

  • Execute targeting strategies aligned with business briefs and campaign objectives.

  • Continuously monitor performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities for improving ROI.

  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.).

  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and expense allocation across channels.

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.

  • Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize quality score and conversion rates.

  • Monitor competitor ads, promotions, and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights.

  • Prepare campaign dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Looker Studio.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams via email and calls for updates, approvals, and insights.

  • Support A/B testing and multivariate experiments to validate performance improvements.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing SEM and PPC campaigns across Google Ads, SearchAds360, Bing, and Yahoo platforms.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital acquisition, and conversion optimization strategies.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends, tools, and best practices in search engine marketing and social advertising.

  • Hands‑on experience with bid management tools and automation strategies.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends).

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to create and interpret performance reports.

  • Experience conducting A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

  • Excellent communication and client coordination skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads or Google Analytics certification.

  • Experience working in an agency or digital marketing environment.

  • Familiarity with remarketing, app campaigns, and advanced audience targeting.
