Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development for Owner's Engineer services, project management, EPC and construction supervision, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and O&M support within the Philippines.
• Secure service contracts with coal, geothermal, biomass, diesel, WHR, and co‑generation power plants, as well as cement, sugar, mining, steel, and petrochemical facilities.
• Develop opportunities for turbine, boiler, BOP, I&C, refractory, and performance testing services.
• Pursue equipment and parts supply opportunities through Techsol's OEM partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with plant managers, technical directors, engineering heads, and procurement teams of major Philippine power and industrial companies.
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, PQ documents, and client presentations for local projects.
• Coordinate closely with Techsol's engineering teams to ensure accuracy of technical inputs.
• Track local industry developments, outages, shutdown schedules, and project pipelines to identify opportunities.
• Maintain a clear, updated BD pipeline and supervise BD officers supporting Philippine operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering background strongly preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial engineering disciplines are acceptable for this role.
• At least 7–10 years of BD experience in power, industrial services, EPC, or technical engineering sectors in the Philippines.
• Proven track record in securing service contracts with power plants or industrial facilities.
• Strong network within the Philippine power generation and industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
• Self‑driven and able to lead business development with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree is the minimum education level required for this role.
