As KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) embarks on an exciting growth phase with a direct presence in seven regions, we are looking for Installers with a service-oriented mindset to join our team. These roles will be based across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, supporting our expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Oversee the installation environment during activities and manage on-site communication with customers regarding day-to-day installation and logistical matters.
- Ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely installation of equipment in accordance with KONE installation methods.
- Report installation progress to the supervisor and address any shortages or damage by ordering replacement parts promptly.
- Maintain the installation tools in good condition and secure the delivered equipment through proper storage and handling.
- Communicate with builders to prevent work interruptions and stay updated with field letter changes and the A.M. manual.
- Ensure a safe working environment within the installation area, including storage spaces.
- Handle the receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
- Execute installations following predetermined methods and schedules.
- Submit reports on timekeeping, quality feedback, and warranty claims for materials.
- Provide feedback to the supply line for continuous product improvement.
- ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in installation methods and able to interpret arrangement drawings.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in High Rise Elevator or Escalator Installation.
