Job summary
A local consulting firm in Oman is seeking an experienced Bakery chef to create innovative menus and manage pastry production. The candidate should have proven baking experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Responsibilities include menu creation, following implementation steps, ensuring customer satisfaction, and controlling food waste. This role requires a team player attitude and good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bakery chef or similar role.
- Depth knowledge of Baking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent Time Management.
- Team Player with good communication Skills.
Responsibilities
- Able to create innovative menu and Dishes.
- Follow all the steps for menu or new Dishes implementation.
- Responsible for the preparation and production of Pastry / dessert menu and executive of recipes.
- Ensure that Customer's expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Control Food wastage and report.
