As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience while ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. - Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless service flow from the front-of-house to the kitchen.
- Supervise, train, and support the restaurant staff, inspiring them to provide top-notch service to guests.
- Manage scheduling, staff performance, and employee relations to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Monitor service standards and customer feedback, continually seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and specials that align with customer preferences.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for sanitation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a proactive manner, maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and high standards of customer service.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining standards.
AED 3500 - 4700 basic salary range depending on the experience. Plus 400 food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 credit card tips + free accommodation + transport + uniforms + health insurance + air ticket (once every two years) + paid leave as per UAE laws.
