Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in Oman is seeking a Process Trainer. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil or gas field, preferably within a refinery, along with at least 3 years of teaching or training experience. The role involves conducting training sessions and developing training materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong communication skills in English are required.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and on-job training as per program design.
  • Develop and assess training materials and task books.
  • Prepare training plans, training reports, etc.

  • Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery.
  • Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory.

  • Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
