A leading oil and gas company in Oman is seeking an Electrical Trainer with at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of training experience along with a strong background in mechanical maintenance. This role involves developing training materials, conducting assessments, and preparing reports. Competency-based training familiarity is essential. Only males may apply.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical instructor or trainer.
• 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training as per program design and structure.
• Develop and assess training materials and task books.
• Prepare training plan, schedule, and reports.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Electrical instructor or trainer, 5-10 years.
• 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery.
• Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Prior Experience with Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory.
• Conducted classroom and on-job training as per program design and structure; including conducting assessment and examination.
• Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare training plan/schedule, training reports, etc.
