Job summary

A leading training provider in Oman is looking for an experienced Instrument Trainer in the Oil & Gas sector. Candidates should have at least 5 years in the oil field and 3 years in teaching/training roles. Responsibilities include delivering classroom and on-job training, developing training materials, and preparing training schedules and reports. This role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with competency-based training frameworks.

Qualifications

• Min 5 year experience in Oil field, preferably in a Refinery.
• Min 3 years of Teaching / Training experience.
• 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and on-job training as per program design.
• Develop and assess training materials and task books.
• Prepare training plans, schedules, and reports.

• Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory

• Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
