About this role

If you enjoy and you are good at:

• Writing clean code to develop functional and optimized web applications.
• Enhancing and documenting our API to facilitate data consumption by our web applications from our platform.
• Developing reliable integrations between our products and 3rd party services through web-based APIs
• Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from open and proprietary data sets to improve our reporting capabilities.
• Combining diverse skills and techniques to address performance bottlenecks while scaling our web service
• Collaborating with the team to gather requirements, design, and implement improvements to our products
• Coordinating with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Back-end developer
• Fluent knowledge of SQL.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Ruby and Python
