Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless service flow from the front-of-house to the kitchen.
  • Supervise, train, and support the restaurant staff, inspiring them to provide top-notch service to guests.
  • Manage scheduling, staff performance, and employee relations to cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Monitor service standards and customer feedback, continually seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and specials that align with customer preferences.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for sanitation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a proactive manner, maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Salary & Benefits

AED 3500 - 4700 basic salary range depending on the experience. Plus 400 food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 credit card tips + free accommodation + transport + uniforms + health insurance + air ticket (once every two years) + paid leave as per UAE laws.
