Job summary
A professional services company is seeking a Survey Consultant for a high-impact research project in Novena. This role involves leading data collection for a confidential business survey targeting senior executives in key industries. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills and experience in client-facing roles. The contract will run from November 2025 to January/February 2026, and work will be 100% on-site.

We are seeking a motivated and professional Survey Consultant to lead a critical data collection project. This role is central to a high-level business survey targeting senior executives across 15 key industries in Singapore.
If you are a confident communicator who excels at building trust and delivering results, this short-term contract offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment.
As a Survey Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for high-level respondents, ensuring the successful completion of this confidential survey. Your core duties will include:
- Building and managing strategic relationships with C-suite and senior management respondents.
- Facilitating confidential and high-level surveys, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all participants.
- Developing and executing tailored engagement strategies to secure participation through a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, and in-person engagements).
- Conducting end-to-end data collection, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Performing regular data validation checks and providing timely progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), primarily focused on achieving the target of 160 completed surveys.

- Proven experience in a client-facing, business development, or executive support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior professionals.
- A highly proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop customised outreach plans.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in market research, survey management, or B2B project management is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Forms and Excel for reporting).
