Job summary

A leading facilities management firm is seeking a Technical Facilities Executive to oversee daily operations and compliance in high-rise buildings. Responsibilities include managing facilities, conducting inspections, and advising on maintenance. The ideal candidate must have a valid Fire Safety Manager certification and experience with government-related projects. This role offers a basic salary of $4000 - $4800 and is based in Novena, Norway.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid FSM (Fire Safety Manager) certification.
• Familiar with working on government-related projects/buildings.
• Good knowledge of building technical systems (M&E / hard services).
• Experienced in handling FSM for high-rise buildings.
