Job description
Join Garmin as Our Next Sales Representative – Nordic Region!

Are you always thrilled about new tech – especially if it makes an actual difference in people’s lives? So do we. At Garmin, we’re all about creating products that inspire adventure, performance, and connection. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our brand across the Nordics, and if relationship-building sales is your passion, it might be you!

Who Are We?

At Garmin, we develop products that make people’s adventures better — whether that’s exploring the outdoors, staying active, or navigating new horizons. Every day, our products help millions of people get the most out of the time they spend pursuing their passions.

With over 22,000 employees in 35 countries, Garmin delivers GPS navigation and wearable technology across automotive, aviation, marine, outdoor, and fitness markets. In the Nordics, we operate across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, generating a combined revenue of around €240 million.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for several local accounts across Norway. You’ll help dealers grow their business while ensuring Garmin is always their preferred partner. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Growing and supporting existing and new local accounts and becoming their go-to contact.
  • Driving sales in line with the Nordic sales strategy. You will be responsible for your sales budget.
  • Supporting dealers with DRC processes, including orders, RMAs, and administrative tasks.
  • Keeping forecasts accurate and collaborating closely with the Nordic Planning Team.
  • Representing Garmin at events, fairs, and meetings.
  • Encouraging dealers to sell the entire Garmin ecosystem whenever possible.
  • Collaborating across internal teams to maintain strong Nordic market coverage.
  • Conducting digital and in-person meetings to plan, sell, and follow up on results.

You will join a Nordic sales team and report to the Sales Manager Nordic Local Accounts, who is based in Finland. Most of your time will be spent with customers, and you will belong to the office in Moss (but you can live elsewhere in Norway), where you have around 30 colleagues.

What You Bring

You naturally take ownership and build strong connections. You are proactive, curious, and confident in taking on challenges — while creating trust and motivation every day.

We imagine you having:

  • Experience in sales or account management, ideally in retail, tech, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset, with attention to numbers, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and departments.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
  • Willingness to travel across the Nordic region.

It’s a bonus if you have technical knowledge, experience in electronics and strong skills in Excel and reporting.

So, Why Garmin?

Because you’ll work in a fast-moving, international team where your ideas matter, and your impact is real. At Garmin, we care about each other, we turn ideas into experiences, and we need your help to bring our innovative products to life in the Nordics.
