LOCATION

Mt Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparation of lab reports, surgery reports and doctor's letters.
  • Email correspondence.
  • Organization of patient's records and files.
  • Calendar maintenance of doctors meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings including taking meeting minutes.
  • Inventory maintenance - office supplies & clinic equipment.
  • Facilitate maintenance arrangements for clinic equipment.
  • Address patients' email enquiries.
  • Other adhoc duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminologies.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Experience with administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is a MUST.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience is an added advantage.
