Manage and ensure the development of strong partnerships and compliance with operational activities on key accounts.
Design, implement, and oversee sales reporting activities to enhance business performance.
Monitor and report sales trends to the Sales Management team daily and monthly.
Track the company's market expansion initiatives and promotional sales activities.
Business Development Activities:
Conduct sales data analysis to identify and explore business development opportunities.
Reconcile and assess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Perform market performance evaluations and landscape analyses to support strategic proposals to the sales team.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a related field. A Diploma or higher/graduate qualification is an advantage.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Own transport and willingness to travel extensively.
Position is on a non-commission basis.
