This is a full-time Supervisor position at SREBRO SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's electrical engineering & other projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of a team technicians and general worker to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed
• Collaborating with project engineer and other stakeholders to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
• Preparing and presenting progress reports to management

• Any relevant certificate 0f Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the engineering industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Have ability to trouble shooting electrical circuit
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Can work outstation at Oil & gas plant and offshore. Most of the work is outstation
• Outstation allowance available for outstation worksite
