Job summary
A leading customer service provider is looking for interpreters to facilitate communication between individuals who speak different languages. The role requires exceptional language skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive cultural contexts. Candidates must be able to work from home permanently and hold B2 CEFR English proficiency alongside other languages. Responsibilities include interpreting healthcare, government, insurance, and other non-technical conversations. Join us in bridging language barriers.
Qualifications
- Must demonstrate high accuracy in language interpretation.

- Should maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities
- Interpret conversations between speakers of English and other languages.
- Handle calls of various complexities in different industries.
- Process information quickly and concisely.
Skills
- Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individual with language barrier to understand and communicate to each other
- Handling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of English
- Processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is always professional and courteous
- The interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices. The calls may involve simple or
complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
- Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective
- Ability to quickly establish personal credibility
- Ability to follow client's instructions closely
- Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication
with the permission or at request of the client - B2 CEFR English Level bilingual wih other required languages
- Able to work from home on a permanent basis
