The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese is required, alongside good organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office. Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment specialized in BFSI domain hiring.
  • Good communication skills in multiple languages due to business requirements.
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
