We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to design and develop control software for ATE instrumentation while collaborating with hardware, firmware, and software engineers in design, development, and testing. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot software issues, and contribute to process improvements and project execution.

• Design and develop control software for ATE instrumentation.
• Work closely with hardware, firmware, and other software engineers in design, development, integration, testing and support of ATE instrument control software and diagnostics.
• Define requirements, plan, and execute project plans; participate in design reviews; support production release of modified or new products; address obsolescence of currently fielded systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior software engineers.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems in instrumentation software.
• Submit bug reports and root cause analyses for software issues.
• Collaborate within the software organization to identify and correct process issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years in product development of large and complex software systems.
• Experience in design and development of embedded systems, instrumentation, or hardware control software.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Broad knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated success in driving large, complex projects through the full product development life cycle.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimixers, and logic analyzers.
• Experience with embedded systems, hardware control, or instrument drivers is preferred.
• Strong C++ and object-oriented programming skills.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
