Client Onboarding & Support

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth adoption of our data analytics solutions.
• Provide technical assistance during and after the onboarding phase to ensure a successful implementation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for addressing client queries and resolving technical issues.

Technical Expertise & Implementation

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, data structures, and technical needs.
• Configure, customize, and deploy data analytics applications to meet client requirements.
• Develop and optimize scripts, queries, and tools to support data pipelines and workflows.

Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software bugs or system malfunctions reported by clients or identified internally.
• Collaborate with the development team to deploy patches or updates to address technical issues.

Application Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor application performance to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Ensure system uptime and reliability through regular health checks and performance tuning.
• Maintain best practices for application configuration, monitoring, and documentation.

Product Feedback & Feature Testing

• Work closely with the product and development teams to provide feedback on potential enhancements or new features based on client feedback.
• Test and validate new features or upgrades to ensure seamless performance.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Computer Science Diploma holders with some experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of data analytics tools, platforms, and concepts (e.g., ETL, data visualization, machine learning).
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud services (Azure).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into laymans terms.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks or libraries is a plus.
