- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive regulatory research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement strategies that ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, including applications, reports and notifications.
- Monitor and report on regulatory changes that may impact company operations.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters.
- Represent the company in discussions with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- 3–5 years of experience in a regulatory affairs role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent understanding of relevant government regulations, policies and industry standards.
- Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
