RAHA BINA SDN. BHD. is looking for a Financial Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This full‑time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and reporting.
- Oversee the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, including preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the company's financial controls and risk management.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CPA.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior financial management role, preferably within the Accounting industry.
- Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
