Job Responsibilities
Mechanical Systems Operation & Maintenance
  • Manage and maintain HVAC, chillers, air compressors, and dehumidification systems.
  • Ensure reliable performance of all mechanical equipment and utilities supporting manufacturing operations.
SPC & Performance Monitoring
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to track and analyze mechanical system performance trends.
  • Implement corrective actions based on SPC data to maintain efficiency and prevent failures.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
  • Monitor and enhance system health to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.
Energy Efficiency & Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency in mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical system failures and inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Support audits and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
Project Involvement & Continuous Improvement
  • Support facility expansion projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and Lean methodologies to enhance system reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, or related roles.
  • Fresh graduates and junior engineers are encouraged to apply; senior engineers will also be considered based on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, compressed air systems, and dehumidifiers.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience with BMS (Building Management System) is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
