A global semiconductor development company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Senior Engineer (Plating) to develop and optimize electroplating processes. The role involves managing plating equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have expertise in electrochemistry and project management. This position is pivotal in a significant factory expansion project.

A Senior Engineer (Plating) responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining electroplating or chemical plating processes to ensure superior coating performance, yield, and product reliability. This role also involves managing and maintaining plating equipment to ensure stable operations and compliance with quality and environmental standards.
