Job description
Manufacture Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manufacture Manager to lead our Production operations and drive performance, efficiency, and people development across the plant. This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping manufacturing excellence, supporting business growth, and building a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and overall direction to the Production department, ensuring operational excellence and workforce engagement.
  • Partner closely with the Director to achieve the Company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
  • Plan, allocate, and deploy manpower effectively to maximize productivity, line efficiency, and operational stability.
  • Plan, coordinate, strategize, supervise, and control manufacturing operations to achieve cost efficiency, production output targets, and quality assurance standards.
  • Set clear targets, goals, and improvement projects to sustain optimal turn ratio, manning ratio, and line linearity.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards across all work areas.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and operational excellence.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide teams to achieve high performance, accountability, and sustainable results.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, identify development needs, and establish clear career roadmaps for subordinates.
  • Promote a strong culture of process safety, operational discipline, and employee health at the site.
  • Support new production line start‑ups and major operational projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
Job Related Experience
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in new production line or plant start‑up activities.
  • Strong background in continuous improvement, material workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 certification and quality management systems.
  • Solid capability in systematic project and resource management, with a strong focus on prioritization and efficient resource utilization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing support systems.
  • A people‑focused leader who can delegate, empower and drive decision‑making at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of lean operations and the ability to translate strategic goals into practical execution on the floor.
Education/Experience
  • Degree/Master Degree in Engineering/Science.
  • Knowledge and application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Concept.
