As a Finance Project and System Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PPG Shared Finance Services team with various projects across PPG's finance and system landscape. You will report to the Director of Shared Financial Services, based in UOA Shah Alam.

1. System Migrations: Assisting in the seamless migration of financial systems.
2. Data Analytics and Cleansing: Developing processes and tools to analyze and cleanse financial data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
3. User Testing: Developing and conducting thorough testing of financial systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
4. Finance Transformation: Identifying and driving initiatives to enhance and modernize Shared Financial Services operations.
5. Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities to improve finance processes and systems continuously.
6. Compliance: Ensuring systems and processes comply with accounting standards, financial policies, and statutory requirements efficiently and effectively.
7. Other Responsibilities: Performing additional roles as assigned by management.

1. University degree in business, finance, accounting, or a professional qualification in accountancy.
2. 4+ years of experience working with financial systems such as SAP and Oracle ERP.
3. Strong IT skills, including ERPs, MS Office, PowerBI, and Power Apps.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to speak and write in Chinese is preferred for this regional role.
5. PMP certification is an advantage.
6. Experience working in MNC Shared Services environments.
