Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotation, price negotiation, order placement, and supplier delivery follow-up.
2. Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure stable supply, competitive pricing, and compliance with quality and delivery requirements.
3. Coordinate closely with internal teams (Planning, Engineering, and Quality) to align material needs and resolve supply chain issues.
4. Support the setup and localization of the Malaysia site’s procurement process, including vendor onboarding and procurement documentation.
5. Monitor material lead time, cost trends, and inventory status to minimize risks and optimize purchasing strategies.
6. Prepare procurement reports and participate in cross-functional meetings for material planning, cost control, and supplier performance review.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing industries.
3. Hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier negotiation, and purchase order execution.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
5. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
6. Ability to support new site setup, including supplier onboarding, documentation, and process alignment.
