Senior Account Executive (or Account Manager) - Marketing / Advertising
Salary Range: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00
Key Responsibilities
A Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in advertising for an automotive brand is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing ad campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the automotive brand's stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Understand client needs and business objectives and daily progress updates, weekly updates and reporting.
Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising strategies.
- Ensure campaigns align with the brand's overall marketing goals.
- Oversee the creative development process.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track campaign performance metrics.
- Analyze data to assess success and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports for the client.
Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets, preparing for forecasts, invoicing and job closing.
- Ensure compliance with the client's financial guidelines.
- Optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Follow key protocol and system for approvals.
Market and Industry Analysis
- Keep updated on automotive industry trends and competitive activities.
- Advise on new advertising opportunities and innovations.
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
- Review contracts and agreements and vendors.

Requirements
