Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a talented interior designer to create client-focused designs. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking skills, be familiar with design software, and able to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves preparing design presentations and attending site visits. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this on-site position in Batu Pahat, Johor.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present mood boards and detailed design drawings.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision.
- Attend site visits to ensure design execution aligns with the concept.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
- Prepare and present mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed design drawings to communicate design intent effectively.
- Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop and refine design concepts, conduct space planning, and recommend material and color selections in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, ensuring a personalized and functional design outcome.
- Attend site visits when required to ensure design execution aligns with the concept (optional/flexible depending on availability).
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- 1 year of working experience in interior design, with portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong expertise in design concept development, space planning, and material selection.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to confidently engage with clients and consultants.
- Willing to attend site visits and client meetings as required (flexible depending on availability).
- Must be willing to work on-site in Batu Pahat, Johor.
