Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch targets.
• Focus on the walk-in customers and tap into the banks database to promote banking products (Bancassurance) to the clients.
• Conduct fact finding, need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to clients.
• Deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
• Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelors degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, masters degree in any field.
• Open for banking/non-financial industry candidates.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraging to apply.
• Strong interest in financial planning and investment, and passionate about sales.
• Possess proven track sales record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
