We are a dynamic and growing educational institution seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, student recruitment, and business growth. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage events, and support the development of strategic marketing plans. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to help achieve our enrolment and brand visibility goals.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance visibility and student enrolment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email, and promotional content.
• Provide course counselling and engagement to prospective students and parents.
• Represent the College at education fairs, seminars, and public events.
• Maintain marketing databases and performance reports, ensuring effective tracking and improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the education or service sector.
• Strong understanding of branding, campaign management, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong teamwork skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to work on some weekends for events and recruitment activities.
