BSS Project Technical Manager/Director – MRO AMS
Job summary
A leading telecommunications technology provider is seeking a BSS Project Technical Manager/Director to oversee technical management and software integration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the Telco & IT industry, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with Huawei’s solutions such as NGBSS/BES. This role requires effective problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills, contributing to successful project delivery and team management.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in Telco & IT Industry.
- Experience with Huawei solutions like NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS is a plus.
- Excellent skills in infrastructure, network connectivity, and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical management and software integration for BSS project.
- Design and review delivery solutions, manage issues, risks, and schedule.
- Oversee BSS integration software development and release management.

•Technical director responsible for technical management or software integration developing of BSS(business support system) project.
•Technical management including such as delivery solution design and review, issue and risk management, scope and schedule management etc.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Telco & IT Industry.
Experience in the following Huawei (or equivalent) solution is a plus, like NGBSS/BES,CRM,CBS.
Good communication and people management skill.

Master and flexibly apply the professional knowledge on technical management.
Be familiar with the integrated delivery mode of projects in the telecom industry, and have good skill and experience on Infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware/software installation, and 3rd party integration and service cutover.
Have background knowledge about software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS and experience in implementing solutions for software products such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry and have a sense of teamwork.
