We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. The Warehouse Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and implementing effective warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   • Supervise and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
   • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
   • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile variances.
   • Coordinate team configuration and warehouse operations to achieve distribution center targets and objectives.
2. Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
3. Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Implement strategies to improve order fulfillment speed and accuracy.

Warehouse Organization:

1. Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage space and facilitate efficient operations.
2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
3. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse standards.
4. Coordinate waste/scrap collection and disposal with scrap collectors.
5. Assign and arrange storage locations for materials, ensuring an accessible storage system for easy searching and kitting.

Team Management:

1. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
2. Conduct regular training to enhance warehouse personnel skills.
3. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback.
4. Ensure smooth warehouse operations, collaborating with supporting departments such as customer service, planning, and purchasing. Highlight discrepancies and expedite disposal.

Technology and Industry Trends:

1. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to streamline operations.
2. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Quality Control:

1. Implement quality control measures for received and shipped goods.
2. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
3. Conduct regular physical counts of raw materials to ensure inventory accuracy.

Reporting:

1. Generate reports on warehouse metrics such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
2. Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
3. Prepare monthly and annual custom reports (e.g., LMW, no materials) for submission.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Schedule lot travelers for subordinates to ensure timely kitting and issuance for production.
2. Ensure accurate updates of material and finished goods transactions in SAP.
3. Prepare packing lists, delivery orders, and invoices for finished goods.
4. Determine FIFO system label codes.
5. Coordinate delivery and shipment issues with logistics companies and handle related documentation.
6. Lead plant safety and security initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling LMW.
• Proven warehouse management and logistics experience.
